MULTIPLE FORM SHAPES
Maintaining the flexibility of the Formatic range of food forming equipment, the Traymatic enables the operator to produce multiple product lines. With the technical skills to produce virtually any two dimensional shape, Deighton Manufacturing offer the baker the opportunity to form their idea into shapes! From traditional shortbread squares to festive Easter Bunnies or Christmas Trees, the Traymatic caters for every season.
VERSATILE PRODUCTION
The machine’s ability to handle mixtures of varying textures of consistences allows the operator the freedom to switch from mixtures such as Chocolate Chip Cookies to Flapjack, to Gingerbread in a matter of moments.
ACCURATE PORTION CONTROL
The depth of the form shape can be easily adjusted from 3mm to 34mm, ensuring that the required weight is readily obtainable.
AUTOMATED TRAYING SYSTEM
The unique automated traying system provides the solution to increased production efficiencies and improved product quality. Tailored to the dimensions of every product, a simple production program ensures that each form is positioned accurately onto a baking tray. On completion of the production cycle the baker is presented with a fully filled tray in preparation for transfer to the oven or storage facility. With the next tray in position the production cycle can be reinitiated, allowing the baker to achieve output of up to 5,000 forms per hour.
IMPROVED PRODUCT QUALITY
In addition to saving valuable production time, the baker is able to reduce product handling during the production process, noticeably improving the quality of the end product.

The Formatic Food Portioning & Forming Advaned Lines range By Deighton Manufacturing U.K. Limited, guarantees accurate forming and portioning of a wide variety of food mixtures and products, the needs of both high and low volume producers. The Formatic range is up to 5 times stronger than any of its direct competitors with a drive system rated at 250nm as opposed to 50nm this gives the Formatic a greater Durability, reliability and increased life.
Formatic Drums
The Formatic drum provides the food processor with the flexibility to produce multiple product lines quickly and easily. In-house manufacturing skills enable Deighton Manufacturing U.K. Limited to tailor every drum to our customers’ unique design requirements, and with the ability to produce virtually any two dimensional shape, the product possibilities offered by the Formatic are endless!
Optional Extras
Automatic Wire Cleaning
Automatically cleans the scraper wire after every product is formed which saves the operator from having to try and clean it manually; Must be connected to a compressed air supply of at least 4 bar, 0.12 cubic meters per minute.
Auto Papering
Automatically applies paper to underside of formed product, easy to operate, easy to load, easy to adjust and easy to clean. Can take up to 5 inch paper (127mm) as standard.
Hoppers
Different size Hoppers from 20L TO 200L FDA & USDA approved material, 3mm thick solid 304 food grade Stainless Steel, easy to remove easy to clean.
